REST developer API Metrics

To access API metrics, first complete the steps in the REST developer quick start

Select the API Usage button in your developer workspace to view metrics for your application's usage of the Sage Intacct API.

NOTE: It can take up to 10 minutes for metrics to become available after you first bind your Web Services license key and the Intacct Web Services license password to your application.

Filter options

You can use these filters to better understand API usage:

• Application ID
• Company (Filters by company ID.)
• Company Type
• Year
• MonthYear
• Date

Marketplace partners

Use metrics to get insight on usage across companies to help optimize API consumption. Do not use API metrics to determine billable API totals. It can take up to 3 days before the API metrics reflect actual usage.

Metrics legend

• Request: A group of transactions within one payload.
• Transaction: A single API record. A request can include several records. Each record equals a transaction for create, update, and delete operations. A query transaction can return many records; each query counts as one transaction.
