The Developer Services team provides support for professionals working with the Sage Business Cloud Accounting API. We provide a wide range of self-serve documentation and the developer community for peer-to-peer support, but we understand that from time to time, you might need a little bit of extra help from one of our team.
The Developer Services team is UK based and support is available via email Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding UK public holidays.

Developer Portal ideas
If you have any thoughts or ideas on how we can improve the functionality of the API or, any new features you’d like to see in the API, you can submit your idea through the Ideas Portal.
All ideas are considered for inclusion in future releases based upon customer demand, along with timescales required to develop, implement and test the new feature.
