Applications keys
This guide explains how to register your company and obtain your Application Keys.
Please note that the Sage Active Public API V2 is available for these Sage Active environnements.
Attention!
This path is exclusively dedicated to developers who are going to develop an application using the public API.
If you are a user of an application, you do not need to register your company, nor to add an app to obtain application keys.
The client ID in OAuth authentication is a unique identifier for applications registered with an OAuth provider, helping the authentication service to distinguish between applications without linking to the Sage Active user’s identity.
Do not confuse the Client ID dedicated to identify your application with a client identifier in the sense of a customer user of your application.
As a developer, you will only need one Client ID and one subscription Key for one application for one Sage Active environment regardless of the number of customer users of your application.
