Common to all organizations

The application can be used to manage different establishments or subsidiaries, called Organization in the API context and Company or Business in the product interface.
Each organization is represented separately within the application, allowing for individualized handling and customization.

The current working organization’s name is displayed in the top right title bar, providing clear context and navigation as you interact with the different aspects of the organization.

Represents a standardized list of countries, commonly used within the application.
Beyond providing the country’s title and various ISO codes, this resource also furnishes information related to the VIES (VAT Information Exchange System).

VIES is a system that allows for the verification of the validity of a VAT (Value Added Tax) identification number for companies registered in the European Union.

Provides for a country, a standard list of zip codes with details such as province, city, and zip code, enabling accurate address identification and validation.
Zip codes are only available for countries corresponding to supported legislations.

Used for both customers and suppliers, this functionality determines the corresponding document type based on the document number provided.
This determination is vital for verifying the real existence of a customer or supplier, thereby ensuring their authenticity and compliance with regulations.

Depending on the legislation of Sage Active, different valid document types are listed within this section.

Represents the various units of measurement known as UnitsOfMeasurements in the API context and used for defining product quantities in the product interface.
These values are standardized to ensure consistency and accuracy across all calculations.
Each unit of measurement includes metadata such as Abbreviation, Number of Decimals, and Name, providing detailed descriptions for quantities.

The API resources overview / Unit of measurement Sales Setup parameter allows customization of these units within the product interface to define, for each unit, whether it will be used and, if so, for which Product Categories it applies.

Represents the currency definitions used in the system.
It provides key information such as the currency code, description, precision, and timestamps for creation and modification.
